In accordance with customer’s various required products with small quantity, we can produce products following graphs and samples provided by customer to offer the most completed design. Every customer’s product request is speedily and strictly examined in order to meet the product request.

Design Output
NC program design file which is designed by the development department is conveyed to the digital punching production line. In this process, the material cost is monitored strictly by material controlling personnel.
If your company requires for special materials, our material controlling personnel will report and order the requested materials. Once materials are prepared, our digital punching production line will start production.

Production Schedule Plan
Production Control make and carry out the production plan, production control quality and cost, deal improvement of production skills, and aim to meet customers' requested delivery date. Except planning, CE equipment controls every stage of production periodically to solve problems that may happen.

Purchasing
Raw materials before production are purchased by professional personnel. Retrieving product BOM and completed ERP system, purchasing is done quickly and explicitly to save customers' time and shorten delivery dates.

We offer the most professional stamping product production and in-depth service (tapping, riveting, stud welding, point welding, grinding and assembly).Stamping production lines are planned carefully for high production efficiency. In the process of production, we also carry out inspection on manufacture to control the quality of every stage in production.

Packing
According to various requests on products from different customers, CE equipment uses barcodes or labeling software to process unique label design and printing in order to control the label quantity on inner and outer cartons. This avoids the labeling mistakes, which decrease claim possibilities and improve our customer service.
During the packing process, to avoid damage done by inappropriate operating and damage from moving, CE equipment uses an automatic conveyer belt with specific task station. This system decreases the times to move products and controls the quality of finished products.

CE equipment has a completed warehouse stock system, shipping process controlling, and products classification. According to the classification of goods, packing, and customers' requests, our products are systematically classified in storage areas and racks to improve shipping efficiency.
